The famous American talk-show host and actress Oprah Winfrey smiles but says little more than that which can only be described as polite acknowledgements as she leaves the Anastacia beauty salon in Los Angeles and climbs into her chauffeur driven car.
The Mississippi-born 58-year-old's famed influential talk-show The Oprah Winfrey Show was first broadcast in September 1986 but ended last year on May 25th after running nationally for 25 seasons. She has also starred in a handful of films including playing the part of Sofia in Steven Spielberg's The Color Purple and voice-starring in Bee Movie
