Rising star Lana Del Rey smiles rather shyly for the cameras as she is approached by photographers during a recent shopping trip in West Hollywood.
The New York born pop-star rose to popularity in January this year (2012) with her album 'Born To Die' that earned multi-platinum certifications and topped the charts in many countries across the world. She was first discovered and signed by Stranger Records who were impressed with some of her tracks on her YouTube channel. Soon after, she released single 'Video Games' which reached number one in Germany
