Kim Kardashian spotted using her cell-phone while receiving a massage at a nail salon in Beverly Hills. Wearing a beige coat with dark sunglasses, Kardashian later addressed rumours about unrest in her relationship whilst walking to her car.
Recent reports suggested Kim's fiance Kris Humphries had labelled his mother "the most beautiful woman in the world". When quizzed on her reaction to the comments, Kardashian said, "That's definitely cool for him to say"
