Dorothy Barrett Takes A Trip Down Memory Lane At 'The Wizard Of Oz' Hollywood Opening - Part 4
96-year-old Dorothy Barrett is photographed signing autographs for fans outside Pantages Theatre in Hollywood during the opening night of Andrew Lloyd Webber's stage production of 'The Wizard Of Oz'.
Dorothy is a dance teacher and one of the last surviving cast members of the 1939 'Wizard of Oz' movie. She was uncredited but she played a manicurist in Emerald City. Earlier this year, her school, the American National Academy of Performing Arts, was facing being closed down due to large debts. Its current status is still uncertain.
