Academy Award nominated actor Djimon Hounsou is snapped leaving the Il Pastaio Restaurant in Beverly Hills. One photographer asks his opinion on the Katie Holmes/Tom Cruise divorce situation to which he replies, 'None of my business, man'. He says that he doesn't want to make comments on someone else's relationship stating that he has his own to worry about. However, he refuses to speak further on his relationship with model Kimora Lee Simmons.
As he goes to get into his car, he politely reminds the photographers that, 'I don't come across you on the street and ask you all these questions about your relationship' before a fan rushes over to get a picture of him with her and her friends which he obliges before finally getting into his car
