Cecilia Peck, the daughter of 'To Kill A Mockingbird' star Gregory Peck, talks about her father in a discussion at the Women's International Film & Arts Festival 2014 in Coconut Grove, Florida.
'My dad really cared about social justice', she explains. 'He really fought hard to tell stories about civil rights and women's rights, he cared about LGBT rights, he was against war, he supported Gun Control Legislation - he really put himself out on the line to make films about those issues. I'm very inspired by him; I'm aiming to do the same thing in a small way. Just to tell stories that count.'
