The paparazzi snap a smiley Anne Hathaway ('The Princess Diaries', 'The Devil Wears Prada', 'Alice in Wonderland') as she arrives for the New York premiere of music documentary 'Shut Up and Play the Hits' at Village East Cinema. She poses briefly, looking stunning in a simple black mini dress, flat shoes, sunglasses and a cute boyish haircut, before hurrying inside the building. The photographers try to get inside to get more pictures but are told to leave by an official.

Hathaway stars as Catwoman in the final film of Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy 'The Dark Knight Rises' and will also appear as Fantine in the Tom Hooper film adaption of the musical 'Les Miserables' which is currently in post-production
