Cameras were gathered outside St. Patrick's Old Cathedral in Little Italy, Manhattan all of Saturday to try and get a glimpse of the proceedings before, after and during Alec Baldwin's wedding to Hilaria Thomas.
At first it seemed as though they would all be unlucky as they were first greeted by a false alarm and then Hilaria emerged completely concealed by her entourage. Brother Stephen Baldwin and his mother Carol later let their faces be seen, until the waiting finally paid off when Alec, looking a little nervy it must be said, made a journey to his car and back again with a rapturous applause behind him
