American model Caprice has hired a British lawyer who specialises in helping celebrities avoid driving offences, ahead of her court date on drink-driving charges.
The Texan, 33, was stopped by police in central London on 10 December (05), and tests showed she was driving in excess of the legal alcohol limit.
Her solicitor JAMES WADDINGTON delivered a not guilty plea on her behalf in court yesterday (05JAN06), but Caprice is due in court for a full hearing in May (06), this time with lawyer NICK FREEMAN - nicknamed 'Mr Loophole' - by her side.
