Hip-hop duo Capone-N-Noreaga has parted ways to allow the rappers to focus on their solo careers.
The group originally disbanded in 2004 after nine years together, but reunited in 2006 and went on to release two more albums, Channel 10 and The War Report 2: Report the War.
But Noreaga has taken to his Twitter.com blog to break the latest news to fans - although he insists the pair will always remain friends.
In a series of posts on Thursday (09Jun11), he writes, "I'm not making another war report album... CNN was a great group... Time has changed I must move on... Doesn’t it hurt to watch a boxer still box when he’s (sic) heart isn’t in it that’s what the group feels like right now.
"We still homeys brothers family (sic) just we both need to do something different musically!!!"
