The actress has been one of the favourites to join the all-women panel show, and on Tuesday (25Aug15), bosses at the ABC network confirmed she will be a regular contributor for the upcoming 19th season.

Cameron Bure, who is currently filming the Netflix spin-off series Fuller House, shared her excitement for the new project in a statement which reads: "I am thrilled to be joining The View as a regular co-host this fall. I am honored to be a new addition to such a strong group of bright and opinionated women, and I look forward to sharing this exciting journey with viewers new and old."

Comedienne Joy Behar will also return two years after leaving the show, which now features Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symone and comedienne Michelle Collins.
