Golden Globe-winning actress Camryn Manheim is rooting for Oscar-nominee Felicity Huffman, hailing her as "an actor's actor".

The former PRACTICE star, best known for her Emmy-winning role as ELLENOR FRUTT in the legal drama, dismissed other nominees in the Best Actress category as too young and pretty to be worthy of the accolade.

She says, "Keira Knightley? No, she's too pretty, too cute and too perfect. She doesn't need an Oscar."

When asked about Oscar favourite Reese Witherspoon, star of Johnny Cash biopic Walk the Line, Manheim responded, "No. She's also pretty, and she has a cute husband.

"The person I'm really behind is FELICITY HUFFMAN... not that she isn't all those things, too - pretty with a cute husband - but she's an actor's actor."
