Camille Grammer has obtained a restraining order against her boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos, after claiming she suffered physical abuse from him when recovering from cancer surgery.

The reality star claimed the incident happened inside a hotel room in Houston, TX.

Charalambopoulos committed the assault in the early hours of October 16th, just five days after Grammer had endometrial cancer surgery, according to TMZ, which obtained a copy of the filing by Grammer's lawyer.

The report states her 36 year-old boyfriend started receiving texts and calls from an unknown women at 1.30am. The phone call triggered an argument between the pair and it quickly escalated into a violent altercation.

Dimitri, according to Grammer, twisted and pulled her hair whilst banging her head against the headboard of the bed, pulling out clumps of her hair in the process.

As the 45 year-old attempted to ring for help, the angry boyfriend smashed her iPhone.

As the attack continued, Grammer claims the fitness trainer, "squeezed my nose between his finger and pushed upward forcefully, covering my mouth in an attempt to silence me to prevent me from breathing."

After attempting to fight back, Dimitri "repeatedly slamming my head and face into the furniture and completely immobilizing me." She also claimed during the attack he was shouting, "I wanna smash your head in. I'll give you a reason to call the cops."

The traumatising ordeal lasted for 40 minutes to an hour and a judge has granted Camille a temporary restraining order that states Charalambopoulos must not come in contact within 100 yards of the former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hill' star or her children, Mason and Jude.

Following the incident, Grammer posted on her twitter account, "Info will come out today that is jaw dropping. And women can't be silenced after being physically abused!"

Adding, "Getting my strength back now that I am at home and wasn't able to deal with talking about it after my cancer surgery or what had happen."

Their relationship is now obviously over and Dimitri has not yet addressed the current allegations of domestic abuse against him.
