Cameron Diaz dazzled in a Stella McCartney dress at the London premiere of new art-heist movie Gambit on Wednesday evening (November 8, 2012). The actress actually went onto two further parties, though the cold and blustery night began in Leicester Square, where she was joined by co-stars Colin Firth, Alan Rickman and Tom Courtenay.
They star in the Coen Brothers penned comedy about an art curator who seeks revenge on his boss. Speaking at the premiere, Firth told the BBC that he wouldn't be interested in appearing in a theatre-adaptation of the movie, as has been suggested. "It would be terrifying in the theatre, but of course on a film set you've only got guess work to go on.you can't laugh at your own jokes". Cameron Diaz plays the Texas rodeo queen, PJ Puznowski, whose eccentric and unpredictable behaviour derails the art curator's plans. As for any new skills she may have learnt, the Hollywood star explained, "I learned to do a little lassoing, a little roping on the cattle. I didn't get to do it in the film, but I got to do in on set a few times."

The actress clearly enjoyed working with multiple Oscar winner Firth, telling the Press Association, "Pure joy, pure joy. When I said I was doing a movie with Colin Firth..all of my girlfriends said "You mean by boyfriend?"
Diaz is about to begin work on the action-comedy Agent: Century 21 with Benicio Del Toro, while Firth will soon begin work on Barbra Streisand's movie Skinny and Cat, with Cate Blanchett.
