‘Glee’ star Darren Criss has apologised for a reference he made to Caitlyn Jenner during a performance of musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway earlier in the week. The actor has been starring as the titular character in the current production of the Stephen Trask play at the Belasco Theate in New York since April and he is scheduled to continue the role until July 19th.

Miley Cyrus auctioned off some of her artwork for charity on Tuesday (16th June). The 22-year-old singer and philanthropist auctioned artwork based on Caitlyn Jenner’s recent Vanity Fair cover. The three framed pictures featured Jenner’s cover picture with Cyrus’ own embellishments and added details which included additional colour, glitter and altered backdrops. Cyrus had previously shared her re-imagined covers with fans on Instagram and further revealed her finished work with pictures from the auction.

The Happy Hippie Foundation aims to raise funds and increase awareness about youth homelessness as well as creating digital support groups for LGBT youths and their families.

The article concerned her father's alleged transition from male to female. Us Weekly has offered a public apology to Jenner and her family after the editors questioned the "veracity" of the interview. Actor Gary Busey reportedly hit a woman with his car whilst reversing in a Malibu car park on Friday (13th February). The incident reportedly occurred around 3pm at a supermarket off the Pacific Coast Highway, according to reports in TMZ. Bruce Jenner's latest bout of plastic surgery has raised some eyebrows and there have been suggestions the 64-year-old may be undergoing sex reassignment surgery. However sources close to his estranged wife, Kris Jenner, and children have spoken of such rumours and stated that Jenner is simply addicted to plastic surgery.

The 64-year-old recently underwent surgery on his Adam's apple. The operation called a tracheal shave, or more formally a chondrolaryngoplasty, is usually carried out on men undergoing gender reassignment surgery. However there are other reasons, albeit primarily cosmetic, to have the surgery. Jenner underwent the surgery in mid-January and, when the news broke, simply stated his reason as "I just didn't like my trachea." 

His family have also confirmed Jenner is not undergoing gender reassignment surgery and have put the patriarch's decision down to his "Michael Jackson-like obsession with plastic surgery." Sources, speaking to TMZ, further explained Jenner's choice claiming he is attempting to appear more youthful, despite protests from his family. His estranged wife Kris also spoke directly about the sex change rumours, speaking to Entertainment Tonight she said "ninety-nine percent of the stuff in the tabloids is made up," adding "the bottom line is, we sell magazines."

Hugh Jackman had his wife to thank after a he discovered an unusual growth protruding from his nose. The actor revealed earlier this week that he had a cancer spot removed from his nose, sharing the news with his fans via his Instagram, along with a picture of his bandaged nose, and gave us all a reminder of why wearing sunscreen is an essential task.

According to the actor, his wife Deborra-Lee Furness noticed the spot on Jackman and insisted that he have it checked out. Her weariness proved to be potentially life-saving for the Wolverine star, as his check up revealed that the growth was cancerous. It was a close call for the Aussie actor, who joins the likes of Eric Dane, Bruce Jenner, Ewan McGregor and Anderson Cooper, who have all shared their own brushes with cancer in the past.

Brody Jenner has confirmed the long-held rumours that Bruce and Kris Jenner are currently suffering from marriage difficulties. Speaking with Now Magazine, the Laguna Beach star revealed that his father and step-mother have been living separately for a number of weeks, but insisted that despite their separate living arrangements the pair's marriage is not on the rocks.

“I had heard about it a lot but never had the opportunity to come here,” Bruce Jenner told local WSET-TV at a pre-race press conference. His son added, “We’re just going to go as quick as we can, try to drive smooth, I’m going to try to keep up with this guy."

It has been a week of swings and roundabouts for American stars, on the downside Justin Bieber is booed onstage by fans but on the very bright side Brody Jenner joins the Kardashians full time. An insider to the show tells In Touch that "Brody Jenner is going to be a full-time cast member on the next season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians." How exciting!

Keeping Up With the Kardashians has long been a veritable well of eye-candy for male viewers, though few and far between they may be; the shrill tones of Californian women isn't the dream of many men. Now, however Brody Jenner is providing a little man candy, probably to draw in the women in the world who also can't stand the high pitched whines of the fem-heavy family but are willing to tune in to a chiselled jaw and broad shoulders. It's a win-win situation for all.

Those who don't know much about Brody, here's a quick introduction: Brody is Bruce Jenner's son from his second marriage. He's no stranger to reality TV having produced two of his own shows; The Princes of Malibu and Bromance. Plus, while his family are pretty famous, he has his own B-list friendship group, having dated Lauren Conrad on The Hills, in which he was a recurring feature. Other famous girlfriends include Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan and Avril Lavigne.
