Cops in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where the show is filmed, took Xavier MCAfee, 29, into custody over the weekend (23-24Mar13) on suspicion on being involved in the crime, and now Baker has spoken out in a bid to recover the missing papers and stop spoilers ruining the new series for fans.
He tells Tmz.com, "You (whoever has the script) have the choice to be a better person than that. You've already made a choice to steal from a person (Bryan Cranston) who is loved by millions of people... don't make it worse by betraying the rest of the cast and crew and fellow fans of the show."
