Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston has the unusual distinction of having one of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers named after him.
The Emmy Award-winning actor worked on the action-packed children's series at the start of his career, voicing creepy alien villains Snizard and Twinman in two 1993 episodes.
His time on the show was short-lived but he clearly made an impression on his bosses, who went on to name one of the hero characters Billy Cranston in his honour.
Explaining the bizarre tribute during an online fan chat on entertainment site Reddit.com, Cranston writes, "I did voice work for the Power Rangers years and years ago. Someone once told me they named the blue Power Ranger after me, his last name was Cranston. I found out years later that was true."
