Bruce Willis was allegedly dropped from 'The Expendables 3' after demanding a $1 million-a-day fee.
The 58-year-old actor - who appeared in the first two 'Expendables' films alongside a string of other action heroes including Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jason Statham - demanded too much money for the role.
According to TheHollywoodReporter.com Willis was is said to have been offered $3 million for four days' work in Bulgaria but he threatened to leave the project unless that was bumped up to $4 million.
The 'Die Hard' actor - who has been replaced by Harrison Ford, 71 - was previously branded ''greedy'' and ''lazy'' by his former co-star Stallone.
Writing on his Twitter profile, Stallone vented: ''WILLIS OUT... HARRISON FORD IN!!!! GREAT NEWS!!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!''
He added: ''GREEDY AND LAZY ...... A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE.''
