Bruce Springsteen fans Down Under have launched a campaign to bring The Boss to Perth after the city was left out of his upcoming Australian tour.
Springsteen will head to Australia in March (13) to play his first dates there in more than a decade, scheduling shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, as well as a huge outdoor concert in Hanging Rock, Woodend.
However, fans in Perth are upset that their city has been left off the trek and they have launched an online drive to convince Springsteen to play there.
Campaigns have been set up on several social networking sites and the group's Facebook.com page has attracted the support of hundreds of fans.
A statement posted on the account reads, "It's great to hear Bruce Springsteen is returning to Australia, but unfortunately there is no Perth show. Let's really push and fight hard for a show in Perth!"
