Brooke Mueller is ''doing great'' staying out of the public eye and will not be ''falling off the wagon'', according to her representative Elliot Mintz.
Brooke Mueller is having a "great" time on a much-needed break.
The troubled wife of 'Two and a Half Men' actor Charlie Sheen - who have 15-month twins Bob and Max together - voluntarily entered a stress-management programme two weeks ago, sparking rumours she was back in rehab trying to overcome her past substance abuse issues.
But Brooke's representative Elliot Mintz insists she is doing well, saying: "We spoke the other day. Just this week she went sailing and had dinner with her kids. We expect her to be back within the next couple of weeks. No rehab, no falling off the wagon."
Brooke - who has been living apart from estranged husband Charlie since he allegedly assaulted her last Christmas Day (25.12.09) - has taken her twin sons, a nanny and a sober coach to a holiday home on the California coast to have some much-needed rest.
A family member revealed to E! News: "Brooke just needed to get away because she's being bombarded with what's going on with Charlie. It's driving her crazy."
The 44-year-old actor has been trying to thrash out a plea bargain deal in regards to the charges relating to the December 2009 incident and he will now be sentenced on July 12.
The source continued: "I don't think either one of them are talking about whether they are getting back together or not right now. I think it all depends on what happens with this court case, he's pretty bitter about it. That's why Brooke wanted to get everything in place.
"She has a great outlook on life, she will be fine."
