LATEST: Britney Spears has blasted reports her son Sean Preston was in any type of physical danger, issuing a statement that nothing improper took place in her home. The pop star and her husband KEVIN FEDERLINE received a visit from Department Of Children And Family Services (DCFS) officials after Spears took her son to hospital when he reportedly fell out of his high chair. Spears attorney, MARTIN SINGER, has issued a statement saying, "DCFS immediately responded and determined there was no problem and no reason to open a formal investigation. "They determined that the parents weren't involved in the injury and nothing was improper within the home." Lost Hills Sheriff's Department has also confirmed they accompany department officials while they visit a home as standard procedure. Officials went to the singer's Malibu home last weekend (08APR06) and closed the case on the spot. This is the second time Spears and Federline have been visited by DCFS officials - in February (06) the department also looked into claims Spears was driving with her son on her lap and not properly restrained in a car seat.
