Britney Spears could be faced with losing custody of her two sons after a former bodyguard testified against her.
Tony Barretto, a 25-stone-minder, claimed that he witnessed the singer walking around naked in front of her two boys, Sean Preston, two, and one-year-old Jayden James.
Speaking at a bitter custody hearing between Britney and her ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE, he added that Britney also took drugs in front of them.
His lawyer Gloria Allred said he was "prepared to testify on issues of nudity by Ms Spears, drug use and safety issues involving the children post-rehab", reports the Sun.
Britney has also been dropped by her record label and her lawyer, according to the paper, with her legal representative reportedly parting company with the TOXIC singer hours before the hearing in LA due to her being a "problem client", say sources.
And in a statement, her management team added that they too had parted ways with Britney, with manager Jeff Kwatinetz saying: "It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears.
"We believe Britney is enormously talented, and we have made a terrific record, but current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job."
