Britney Spears wants her new album to be ''perfect.''
The 'Toxic' singer took to Twitter to reassure fans she is working hard on the follow-up to 2011's 'Femme Fatale'.
After seeing her loyal followers made 'We need Britney's album' a trending topic on the site she insisted they won't be disappointed.
The 31-year-old tweeted: ''It's coming sooner than you think ;) But this album is for my diehard fans so it needs to be perfect!!!! (sic)''
Britney has been busy in the studio with will.i.am following their collaboration on his track 'Scream and Shout' which topped the chart in 24 countries - and producers William Orbit and Naughty Boy - who want to take the star to the ''next level''.
Naughty Boy told MTV UK: ''The Britney Spears session, as far as I know, is a couple of weeks away but we've started a process and I'm working with William Orbit who I'm a massive fan of and he asked me to get on board.
''It's amazing and he's working on the record and the stuff we've done, I hope that it's something that takes her to another level as well, I wouldn't want to do something ordinary with Britney.''
Britney has also recently released single 'Ooh La La' in support of new movie 'Smurfs 2'.
Corgan took to Instagram to confirm rumours of new Pumpkins material, saying the first songs could arrive as early as May.
