Britney Spears suggested, in a radio interview, that she may be being pressured into sexualising her performances.
Britney Spears implied she may be pressured into sexualising her music and performance. Speaking in a radio interview, on Boston's TJ Show on AMP 103.3, she said in her latest video she showed "way more skin and did way more stuff for the video than what is actually there."

She implied the full length video may have been uncomfortable to film and watch as Spears stated "I cut out half the video because I am a mother and because, you know, I have children, and it's just hard to play sexy mom while you're being a pop star as well."
The radio DJ asked Spears if she is pushed "further than you want to go" in videos, she replied with a nervous yes. 'They' seems to be (if TMZ presume correctly) Spears' manager Larry Rudolph, and her father Jamie Spears. They were contacted by TMZ and stated "Britney is never pressured into anything. She reviews all creation and for her 'Work B*tch' video she discussed toning down some parts in finding a balance of sex and being a mom." The relevance of this is that Britney is under the protection of her father, as she is under a conservatorship.
Spears became slightly nostalgic when queried by the DJ as to how she would wish to appear in a music video, if her image was entirely in her control. She admitted "a lot of sex goes into what I do" and that "would like to bring it back to the old days when there was like one outfit through the whole video, and you're dancing the whole video, and there's like not that much sex stuff going on."
