The blonde beauty was greeted by fans, many of who held a happy birthday banner for the star who turned 32 on December 2, as she stepped out of her white 1958 Chevy Impala convertible on Tuesday (03.12.13).
The star was delighted with the warm reception and spectacular greeting, which included 23 dancers, contortionists and acrobats, that was put on in honour of her launching her two-year Las Vegas residency.
She posted on Twitter: ''In Vegas! Celebrating #BritneyJean & #PieceOfMe with my new Vegas family. :) (sic)''
Britney signed autographs for fans who came to get a glimpse of her
as she wowed in a flattering black dress, before being presented with a bouquet of roses and addressing the crowds.
According to the Las Vegas Sun newspaper, she said: ''I already feel like home here at Planet Hollywood.
''It's so nice to celebrate with this incredible welcome. I'm so excited for everyone to experience the new show. Now it's just a few weeks.
''I'm so happy to be here right now. This is my city. I can't wait to see you guys opening night.''
The first 'Britney Spears: Piece of Me' concert will take place on December 27.
