Britney Spears' dad has requested more money to deal with his daughter's estate matters.
Jamie Spears has petitioned a court in Los Angeles asking for more money as compensation for serving as his daughter’s conservator.
According to the court papers, which have been obtained by InTouch magazine, he is currently paid a $16,000 (Gbp10,000) allowance every month and receives $2,000 (Gbp1,250)-a-month to help him pay for an office space that allows him to carry out his duties as his daughter's money manager.
He is now requesting extra cash after taking on new roles and costs linked to Britney’s Las Vegas shows.
Jamie has served as Britney’s conservator since 2008, when he was awarded control of her estate after his daughter was hospitalised following a breakdown.
