Britney Spears has had visitation rights to her two children suspended after the singer missed a custody hearing yesterday.
The 26-year-old reportedly arrived at the Los Angeles hearing very late, only to leave the scene soon after when paparazzi surrounded her.
According to TMZ.com, the Toxic star screamed at photographers: "Move back, I'm scared. Stop it. Stop it. I want to get back in the car. Just stop it. Let me get in the car, please."
She then drove to a church near her home in the San Fernando Valley before taking lunch at a local restaurant with paparazzo companion Adnan Ghabib and two other men.
Following Spears' departure, LA superior court commissioner Scott Gordon ruled that her visitation rights to two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, one, would be suspended indefinitely, with her former husband KEVIN FEDERLINE maintaining custody of the children.
Speaking after the ruling, Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told reporters: "The word victory is not something that Mr Federline or his counsel would ascribe to the results of the court.
"There is no joyous feeling," he added. "This is a grave situation for everybody. And while we believe Mr Federline is pleased that the court did make an order that we feel is an appropriate, there is no joy in it for him."
The next hearing is set for February 19th.
