Britney Spears has finally showed up to the ongoing deposition in battle with ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE for custody of the former couple's two children.
The Toxic star had arrived to the last deposition on January 3rd some 90 minutes late, leaving lawyers just 14 minutes in which to question her.
And despite the fact that the depositions will be used by Federline's legal team to establish grounds that he be granted full physical custody of his two sons, Spears followed her late arrival by engaging in a public standoff with police in which she refused to hand over two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, one, before being hospitalised under the influence of an "unidentified substance".
However the 26-year-old arrived at the offices of Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan at 10:45 local time (18:45 GMT) yesterday, leaving at around 13:00 (21:00).
She has lost all visitation rights to the two children indefinitely after she arrived for a hearing last Monday, only to leave before entering the courthouse claiming to be "scared".
Spears' run of bizarre behaviour continued at the weekend with the singer choosing to use the British accent she has acquired in recent weeks.
When asked about her recent boyfriend, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, while leaving a dance studio, she told photographers: "I don't know who that is I have never met him before."
Though the pair have been photographed together on numerous occasions, it is believed Spears has now filed a restraining order against the British photographer.
Leaving the Millennium Dance Studios in Burbank, California, where she was believed to be rehearsing for her next music video, she added in a British accent: "You are better off being homeless than being me, sir."
