Brand New Friday 16th March 2012 Ellen, the pygmy hippo, is celebrating Mother's Day this year with a brand new arrival. Baby Eve, born on New Year's Eve, was the last birth of 2011 at Edinburgh Zoo. Just this week, Eve has started to venture outside her enclosure under the protective gaze of her mother.
