Brakes are set to release the first single from their second album "Hold Me In The River" on December 4th 2006 through Rough Trade Records. This is the opening track from their new album "The Beatific Visions" (out November 6th).
Brakes have also been personally asked by The Killers to support them on their UK and European Tour.
