Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper are reportedly hoping to take on the lead roles in comedy drama 'Honeymoon With Harry'.
Robert DeNiro and Bradley Cooper are to work together again.
The actors - who co-star in upcoming movie 'Dark Fields' - reportedly want to take on the lead roles in comedy drama 'Honeymoon With Harry' after enjoying their previous collaborative experience.
The movie follows Bradley's proposed character, a reformed womaniser and party animal who falls in love and turns his back on his wild ways. However, De Niro's character, the father of the wife-to-be, does his best to break up the couple to no avail.
Tragedy strikes when the woman dies shortly before the wedding, but the groom decides to go on their honeymoon anyway, determined to drink himself into oblivion.
However, he comes across the man who was almost his father-in-law, who has come to scatter his daughter's ashes along the beach.
The film - which Jonathan Demme is in talks to direct - was first mooted in 2004, with Vince Vaughn and Jack Nicholson originally slated to star, only for the project to be shelved amid budget issues.
