Bradley Cooper moved his widowed mother into his home following the death of his father earlier this year (11).
The Hangover star lost his dad, Charles Cooper, in January (11) and he wanted to make sure his mum Gloria wasn't left on her own - so he asked her to relocate from the family's native Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to his luxury mansion in Los Angeles.
Cooper admits he is enjoying having his mum around, telling Esquire magazine, "I love having her. I wouldn't have it any other way."
During the interview, Cooper also reminisces about his late father and credits him with inspiring his passion for movies, adding, "My father was a huge cinephile. I remember watching Raging Bull with him on cable when I was 10 and, when I was 12, him showing me The Elephant Man and Apocalypse Now - all these crazy movies. We used to play this game, 'Would you put him in the movie?' We'd pretend we were putting together this great film and decide whether an actor was worthy to be in it. It was this adorable father/son thing.
'I would live with movies for weeks, pretending I was whoever was in it. As a kid, I just knew I wanted to be up in that world."
