Bradley Cooper was awarded the GQ's International Man award in London on Tuesday night (06.09.2011)
The award was presented to him by fellow Hollywood A-lister Charlize Theron who was also in London filming her new movie Snow White and the Huntsman where she plays the Evil Queen. Cooper and Theron arrived and left separately but according to people.com the stars shared a table together at the event in the Royal Opera House in Covent Gardens. Other winners at the glamorous event included Duran Duran who were awarded the Lifetime Achievement award while star actor-turned-musician Hugh Laurie was honoured for his music after releasing new album, Let Them Talk.
Cooper was born in Philadelphia, attended Georgetown University and graduated with a degree in English, however, it was not until 1999 that acting career began when he appearing in Sex and the City. He would later star in hit show Alias as well as short lived show Miss Match. He achieved wider recognition when he appeared in hit comedy Wedding Crashers alongside Owen Wilson and VINCE VAUGH and then The Hangover which is considered his breakout role. He has since appeared in the sequel as well as starring as Faceman in the A-Team movie. He is currently filming new movie, The Silver Linings Playbook which is the story of man who spends four years in a mental institution and tries to win back his ex-wife.
