Brad Pitt can add another company to the many things he's been the face of over the past few years or is currently the face of. Pitt has picked up a sponsorship deal with Chanel No. 5 perfume and will star in a forthcoming advertising campaign with the French fragrance giants. Pitt will join a who's who of other famous names who have been the face of Chanel include Catherine Deneuve, Nicole Kidman and Audrey Tautou.
Chanel's founding designer, the late Coco Chanel, also modelled for ads in 1937 for what is now the company's oldest fragrance. It remains one of the world's top-selling perfumes.
According to E! Online, Pitt is wasting no time in getting on with the job at hand - which he is being paid a reported seven figure sum to do. Pitt moved his family to London for their most recent house stead and it's believed that he'll begin shooting the first advert in the capital of the UK from next week. Rapid! Then again, after a big 2011 which saw the 48 year-old receive huge plaudits for his role in 'Moneyball' - as well as seeing his other half Angelina Jolie make her directing debut - Pitt has a little more time this year, with his two 2012 films 'Killing Them Softly and 'World War Z' both already in post-production.
