Red Carpet Prankster Vitalii Sediuk's latest stunt earned him several criminal charges, as well as orders to attend a weekly session of psychiatric counselling over a 52-week period.

And Brad Pitt, the victim of the prank, couldn't agree more with the punishment.

The 50 year-old actor has finally spoke out on Sediuk jumping the barrier at the premiere of Disney's 'Maleficent' last week to hug him before being wrestled to the ground by security, in a hilarious statement to People Magazine.

"I was at the end of the line signing autographs, when out the corner of my eye I saw someone stage-diving over the barrier at me," Pitt recalled, whose fiancé Angelina Jolie is the star of the Disney movie.

"I took a step back; this guy had latched onto my lapels. I looked down and the nutter was trying to bury his face in my crotch, so I cracked him twice in the back of the head-not too hard-but enough to get his attention, because he did let go. I think he was then just grabbing for a hand hold because the guys were on him, and he reached up and caught my glasses."

Sediuk was quickly arrested for the prank, and on the following day he pleaded no contest to a battery charge and disturbing the peace.

An LA judge ordered him to stay away from all award shows, entertainment events and red carpets. Sediuk was also handed a $200 fine, 20 days of community service and sentenced him to 36 months of summary probation.

"I don't mind an exhibitionist," Pitt's statement continued, "but if this guy keeps it up he's going to spoil it for the fans who have waited up all night for an autograph or a selfie, because it will make people more wary to approach a crowd. And he should know, if he tries to look up a woman's dress again, he's going to get stomped."
