Rock superstar Bono is writing a TV comedy show about an Irish musician.

The programme is about a man who moves to Las Vegas to play in a show band and will be called A VERSION OF LAS VEGAS.

Bono - who made his screenwriting debut co-writing 2001 Mel Gibson movie MILLION DOLLAR HOTEL - is working on a script with Barry Devlin, who produced 1987 U2 hit STILL HAVEN'T FOUND WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR.
