Fact: Bon Jovi broke the attendance record for capacity at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee during the band's Saturday night (18Feb17) show. More than 18,500 fans turned out for the group's This House Is Not For Sale Tour date.

Fact: Bon Jovi's new album, which debuted at number one in the U.S. on Sunday (13Nov16), has also topped the charts in Australia and Japan, while landing in the top five in 54 countries around the globe. This House is Not For Sale, the band's 14th studio album, was released earlier this month (Nov16).

Fact: John Stamos has recruited his longtime friend, former Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, to guest star on the actor's new U.S. TV sitcom Grandfathered. Stamos took to Instagram to post a photo of himself on set with the rocker in what seems to be a recording studio.

Fact: Basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal proved his rock 'n' roll credentials by performing a rendition of Bon Jovi's classic You Give Love A Bad Name at a college bar. The retired Los Angeles Lakers hero clambered onstage at a Louisiana State University campus bar in Baton Rouge on Thursday night (18Sep14) to join a local band for the impromptu show. Film footage posted on Tmz.com shows the star jumping up and down with his arms around one of the musicians before grabbing a microphone to holler along to the chorus of the song.

Fact: Rock band Bon Jovi are celebrating 30 years in the music business by re-releasing their old material, starting with their fourth album New Jersey, which will be reissued as a deluxe edition with bonus tracks and a documentary Dvd. More reissues are scheduled for release this year (14).

Fact: Bon Jovi put on the biggest international tour of 2013, playing to more than two million fans across 90 sold-out gigs. The band took $205 million (£136 million) during the tour. The Rolling Stones were the highest grossing British band of 2013, earning $126 million (£84 million) across 23 shows.

Fact: Rockers Bon Jovi have pulled out of plans to perform at the upcoming New York State Fair due to "scheduling conflicts". The Livin' on a Prayer hitmakers had been booked to play at the annual Syracuse event on 28 August (13) but they have since scrapped the gig.

Fact: Rockers Bon Jovi are fronting a scheme to support emerging artists in Australia. The band is supporting the Telstra Road to Discovery campaign, which helps stars of the future crack the music industry.

Fact: Rockers Bon Jovi will launch a new London music concert line-up in Hyde Park this summer (13) after famous festivals Wireless and Hard Rock Calling were both moved from the central venue to the Olympic Park site in the east of the city. Jon Bon Jovi's band will headline a massive gig in Hyde Park on 5 July (13) as part of the new Barclaycard British Summer Time concert series. Other acts on the bill are yet to be announced.

Fact: America's Bamboozle Festival has been cancelled for 2013. The event marked its 10th anniversary in New Jersey earlier this year (12) with a line-up that featured Bon Jovi, the Foo Fighters and dubstep Dj Skrillex. No reason was given for the annual gig's axe, but it is expected to return in 2014.

Fact: Rockers Bon Jovi are heading to the big screen - they're treating their fans in Europe to a one-night-only theatre showing of the sold out concert they played in their native New Jersey earlier this year (May10). Bon Jovi - The Circle Tour will hit cinemas across the continent in November (10), with showings in countries including the U.K., Germany, France, Spain and Portugal.
