BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN, the daughter of Bobby Brown and recently deceased Whitney Houston, is sparking fears in her family that she may too be heading down the path of her mother if reports are to be believed. The Daily Beast has reported that Brown went missing hours before Houston's funeral on Saturday morning in Newark, New Jersey causing a panic as to her whereabouts - and some sources claim that she herself has been using drugs as she struggles to overcome the emotional turmoil that's afflicted her since Whitney's passing on the eve of the Grammy Awards.
"There was some confusion about Bobbi Kristina's whereabouts last night for a short time, but she's OK," was the official line from a family spokesperson who also denied that she'd been using substances, commenting "She is going through a very hard time as you can expect." However other sources have been less than positive about the current health of the 18 year-old. "Cissy [her grand mother] and others won't admit out loud that Bobbi Kristina has a drug problem," said a family friend, adding "But they know it and have been trying to keep her straight even before Whitney passed. But losing your mother and the life you're accustomed to all in one day is enough to send anybody off the deep end."
Once arriving at the funeral itself, Bobbi also apparently struggled to cope when her father Bobby arrived at the funeral only to promptly leave having been told he and his entourage couldn't sit together, in an incident that was widely reported. "It's a horrible situation for everybody," finished the source, "They tried to save Whitney, and it didn't work. Now with Bobbi Kristina, they fear the same thing is happening again and they won't be able to stop it either. Bobbi Kristina is all Ms. Cissy has left of Whitney. She's so tired, but she's ready to fight again to save her grandbaby."
