Former Blur rocker Graham Coxon has launched a scathing attack on his former bandmate Damon Albarn, insisting he was never friends with the GORILLAZ star.
The guitarist quit the TENDER hitmakers in 2002 amid rumours of a fallout with frontman Albarn, but Coxon is adamant there was no friendship to break up.
And the 36-year-old doubts they'll speak anytime soon, despite recent reports suggesting the pair are to reconcile.
He says, "I'm not in contact with Damon at all and I don't regret that at the moment, to be honest.
"We didn't contact each other very much even when we were in Blur. It's not like Damon and I were best friends then had a huge fall out."
