Boyband Blue have been left devastated by their exclusion from this year's (04) BRIT AWARD nominations, having bagged the Best Band gong last time.

Singer Simon Webbe admits he and his bandmates are struggling to comprehend why judges on the Brits panel have ignored their chart-topping accomplishments of the past 12 months.

He moans, "I've got to say I find it hard to swallow when we weren't nominated, but you can't win everything."

But despite his disappointment, he's still planning to watch the ceremony with interest - because he's keen for his favourite acts of the moment to win big at the event.

He adds, "I think Busted and The Darkness are going to do really really well, but there's one person I would like to see get something - Lemar.

"I want him to get one - he has to get one because his voice, what he's about. I've listened to his album over and over again, and that guy has got something special, and people need to recognise that."
