Bloc Party frontman Kele Okereke has cast doubt over the band's future after confessing there's no set timeline to reunite.
The singer sparked reports the Helicopter hitmakers were heading for a split last year (09), after admitting they "might never make a record again".
He spoke out last month (May10) to clear up his comments, insisting he had no plans to quit the band.
He said, "I used to be in the band, and I will be again. I'm looking forward to seeing the other guys and making music with them."
But now Okereke admits there's a small chance a reunion will never happen - and it could be a long while before fans hear of any firm plans to make new music.
He tells NME.com, "Who knows how we'll feel about anything in a year's time. I'm not very good at restarting things in my personal life - like if I break up with someone, I tend to close the door.
"So I was always worried about this, about how I'd feel about reintegrating. They (bandmates) all have lives, so we need to address it in a year's time. We'll see."
