We're wondering if Blake Lively told Ryan Reynolds that she's looking to breed a small army, before he agreed to walk her up the aisle in their ceremony? In an interview with Allure magazine, Blake revealed that she would love to have a lot of kids and we're not just talking five or six, a la Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Oh no: "I've always wanted a big family," Lively told the magazine and when she was asked how many kids she wanted, she said "Oh, I'd love 30, if I could." Gulp! Looks you might have your hands full soon Ryan!
Ironically, although Lively remained coy when it came to questions about her and Ryan's relationship (and the impending secret wedding certainly wasn't mentioned), Blake is pictured wearing a Marchesa dress in one of the shots - the same designer who created her wedding dress. "I'm a very shy person," she says in the interview. "I can be outgoing, but I'm also very private." Well, she certainly managed to channel that 'private' element of her character pretty well because she managed to keep the details of her nuptials under wraps from pretty much everyone other than the close friends and family that she invited to celebrate with her and Ryan.
Blake and Ryan were married in a secret ceremony at Boone Hall Plantation, South Carolina on Sunday (September 9, 2012). Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine performed for the intimate gathering of guests, as did Bette Midler. The couple have been dating publicly for almost a year.
