Black Rebel Motorcycle Club star ROBERT LEVON BEEN has been fined for injuring a fan by throwing a bottle into the crowd during a show earlier this year (10).
The group was performing in Munich, Germany on 5 May (10) when the rocker hurled a bottle of water off the stage, accidentally striking a member of the audience in the face.
The fan, who underwent a retinal transplant when he was younger, suffered damage to his retina and iris in the incident.
Legal action was launched against the bassist and earlier this month (Nov10), Levon Been appeared at a hearing in Germany to apologise to the victim and offer to pay his medical expenses.
The judge handed Levon Been a three-month suspended sentence and ordered him to pay $25,460 (£15,764) in damages, according to IndieLibertines.net.
