Fact: SMOKEY ROBINSON and Billy Ocean will hit the high seas onboard the fifth Soul Train Cruise in 2016. The O'Jays, Sheila E and Stephanie Mills are also on the voyage's bill, alongside Howard Hewett, Atlantic Starr, Deniece Williams, Tavares, the Dramatics and the Whispers. Longtime Soul Train television show producer Tony Cornelius will host the cruise, which will depart from Fort Lauderdale in Florida and stop off in Grand Cayman, Jamaica's Ocho Rios, the Bahamas' CocoCay and Key West.
