The 29-year-old actress and husband Laurence Fox welcomed their second child into the world on April 5 and the actor has revealed the tot's moniker on his twitter page.
He tweeted: ''New baba is called Eugene Pip Fox. He's a little legend. (sic)''
The name Eugene has Greek origins which mean ''well-born'' or ''noble''.
'Gosford Park' star Laurence also used his twitter account to announce the birth of his new son.
On the day of the baby's arrival, he wrote: ''One born every minute. We had our minute today. Couldn't be happier. Beautiful boy. Everything fine.''
Billie and Laurence already have a three-year-old son Winston and the former 'Doctor Who' actress previously admitted she would like to have another child.
The 'Secret Diary of a Call Girl' star said: ''I would like to have three children. I'm thinking of having two close together and leaving it a while, then having another.''
