The names of the veteran entertainer and his wife Camille were once proudly displayed at the school, to which they had donated more than $2 million (£1.25 million), but in July (15), as allegations of inappropriate behaviour continued to pile up against the funnyman, university bosses decided to cover up part of the Camille O. & William H. Cosby Communications Center sign.
Now they have chosen to completely remove any references to the star and the building will be renamed the CSU Communications Center.
Central State President Cynthia Jackson-Hammond has branded the TV star's scandal "troublesome and disappointing to all".
It's the latest blow to Cosby's reputation after his name was also wiped from New York University's popular filmmaking workshop, previously called the William H. Cosby Future Filmmakers Workshop.
