Big Sean didn't steal anything! The 26-year-old rap star has kept fairly quiet about his split from ex-fiancé Naya Rivera until recently when he felt obliged to address some claims the 'Glee' actress made following their breakup.

Ariana Grande and Big Sean's new romance seems to be heating up very fast, and it is all down to the two stars being close friends beforehand. They first became friendly in 2013 when collaborating on the track 'Right There,' and then on the 21 year-old singer' most recent hit 'Problem.'

Although hardly any details of Grande and Sean's new relationship are known, a source recently told Us Weekly that "it's gone from 0 to 60 fast," mainly because they had "chemistry immediately."

Since the release of his debut mixtape back in 2007, Big Sean became a force in hip-hop, bringing success to anything he attaches his name to. His first two records, Finally Famous and Hall of Fame, both debuted at number three, and he's even got a top ten single to go along with it. But Big Sean's strengths aren't only in his solo work - they're in his guest appearances, too.

It feels like any song that has been released lately has Big Sean taking on a verse, and we're not complaining. His flow and wacky lyrics pretty much automatically make a song better. Most recently, Big Sean linked up with Ariana Grande on her new track, 'Best Mistake.' The song, which is included on Grande's upcoming album, My Everything, is a ballad with excellent vocals from Grande as usual, and Big Sean’s verse fits the essence of the song well. Chalk it up as another winner in the features department. Aside from Grande, Big Sean has lent some bars to a myriad of artists over the years: Wiz Khalifa, Kanye West, Drake, and Lil Wayne are just barely scratching the surface. The most shocking break up news of the week goes to Glee star Naya Rivera and now ex-fiancee Big Sean. The pair have called it quits amid rumours of infidelity and Rolex theft. Naya tweeted “@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now. Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin.” Although the tweet was quickly removed, the plot is definitely thickening.

These others celebs also decided to end their very high profile engagements, although none of them accused each other of stealing expensive watches. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck AKA Bennifer were a bit of an odd couple to even begin with. In 2003 the couple were involved in an extremely high profile relationship, going so far as to co-star in a couple of god awful movies. The engagement was broken off in 2004, allegedly because Ben wasn’t ready to give up single life. Which makes sense because a year later he married Jennifer Garner. Burnnnnn.

Big Sean and Naya Rivera have announced that they’re calling it quits on their engagement and the entire relationship. The couple, who have been engaged for about six months, are calling it quits early on, a rep for Big Sean has reportedly confirmed to Billboard.

The couple spent about a year together in total.

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," reads the statement from Big Sean's camp. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue. Sean wishes Naya nothing but the best and it is still his hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately. We will not be commenting again on this matter."

Kendrick Lamar was always going to walk away from the 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards as one of the main talking points. Ever since a preview of the cypher clip went viral last month, there were rumours that Kendrick takes on his 'Poetic Justice' collaborator with gusto, and when the rapper performed his verse in full at the BET Hip Hip Awards this turned out to be the case, only Drake wasn't alone in the take down. In his two-minute verse, part of a full-length Top Dawg Entertainment Crew cypher recorded for the show, Kendrick asserts his dominance over the other big rappers of today, declaring himself "King Kendrick" amongst the rest.

Kendrick Lamar got exactly what he wanted when he spat the now-infamous incendiary verse on Big Sean’s ‘Control.’ He told his fellow rappers – some of which he works with – that he’s out to outdo them in every way possible, and it caused quite a stir.

When Kendrick Lamar spat fire on his guest spot for the Big Sean track 'Control,' his challenge to today's hip-hop heavy-weights to up their game and try and keep up with him was taken the wrong way by a chunk of the rap community, including a number of those he called out on the track. Speaking for the first time about the controversy surrounding his verse, the Compton rapper has reiterated that he meant no disrespect to anyone, noting that he may have to tone down his complex lyrics in future.

The Top Dawg Entertainment star was speaking with radio DJ Peter Rosenberg on his Hot 97 radio show on Thursday (29 August) morning to address the unwarranted controversy surrounding the song, saying that his lyrics had been taken out of context by those who took offence. He commented, "It made me go back here and made me feel that I probably need to dumb down my lyrics nowadays, for people to take it way out of context the way they did."

Kendrick Lamar has no beef with any of the “kings of New York” and that wasn’t even what his somewhat controversial verse on Big Sean’s Control was even about, the rapper himself says in an upcoming interview with Power 106. Lamar says that he did not expect his contribution to the Big Sean track to attract that much attention, but to be fair with so many names dropped in there, it’s no wonder the media took the bait and started looking for the rift between Lamar and his fellow East Coasters. The inflammatory line – or one of them anyway – goes: ”I got love for you all but I'm tryna murder you n****s”

As commenters on the picture have noted, she shares a striking resemblance to her step-sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian Odom.

Kylie Jenner celebrated her 16th birthday in style this weekend. She threw a star-studded bash at the AT&T Center in Los Angeles on Saturday (17th August). The guest list featured the likes of Jaden and Willow Smith, Naya Rivera, Hailee Steinfield and Tyga; in addition to her elder sisters Kendall Jenner, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. The 200 strong guest list was almost as large as the monstrous vehicle Jenner's been photographed driving, posting the images on Twitter and Instagram.

Drake and Big Sean performed at the event. Jenner even got a birthday kiss (on the cheek -let's not get carried away) from Drake, which she's now covered her Instagram page with pictures of.  That wasn't the only treat in store for Jenner. A video, uploaded by a party-goer, shows Jenner receiving a heavy gold chain from Drake while he performed.

Jermaine Cole, Big KRIT, Pusha T, Drake, A$AP Rocky, Mac Miller, NaS, Eminem, Andre 3000 and Meek Millz are not even all the names spat out by Lamar as the rapper compares himself to a King, the Pope and Italian writer/politician Machiavelli. He also adds in Lindsay Lohan, Sir Paul McCartney and Sean Connery for good measure, just in case Hollywood or The Beatles' guitarist ever considers encroaching on his self-anointed rap lordship.

Kendrick Lamar turned heads in the hip-hop world this week following the premiere of a new track by Big Sean - Control - featuring the Compton rapper.

It was the instant classic verse from Lamar that caused the stir, with the 26-year-old dubbing himself the "King of New York" and putting himself in the company of some of the game's very best.

She may not feature on the track itself, but Miley Cyrus is by all means the star of the video for Big Sean's latest single, 'Fire.' The 'We Can't Stop' singer takes centre stage in the music vid, which shows the singer appearing in a variety of different poses throughout the magazine photo-shoot-esque video.

Sean only appears in a few seconds-long snippets as the subject of a burning photograph, whilst Miley ensures that the camera remains almost solely on her, with the altering shots of her being split up between clips of an exploding peach, some roses and some extreme close-ups. The whole thing will probably get you a little flustered, but despite Miley's skimpy outfit choices the video does come off as being a much more artistic venture than you may have initially guessed. The technicolor showcase definitely succeeds in flaunting Miley's best bits and comes off as being both artistic and sexy, a feat which isn't easily attained by any means.
