Beyonce and Jay Z are planning to have flying lessons, go bungee jumping in New Zealand and trek the Inca Trail.

The couple - whose marriage was the subject of much scrutiny last year - has reportedly come up with a ''bucket list'' for their relationship in a bid to stop prioritising their career.

A source said: ''The two of them have worked so relentlessly and fee that they've neglected their personal lives and that the marriage suffered as a result.

''The bucket lists they've drawn up are all about wrestling back a really healthy work-life balance, rather than working non-stop on touring and recording new material, as they did last year.''

Over the festive season, the couple and their daughter Blue Ivy, three, visited Iceland, Thailand and Cambodia and travelling more for pleasure is said to be part of the plan they drew up together.

The source told Britain's Grazia magazine: ''They sat down together and drew up a huge list of places they will visit together and goals they'd like to work towards over the next 12 months.

''Beyonce wanted to go to Iceland and Jay has always wanted to see Angkor Wat in Cambodia, so they went off and did both.

''They've decided that getting quality time in as a couple is the key to a happy marriage, and that if they're planning fun things to do that they've never done before, it'll keep things fresh and exciting.

''The difference in how they're interacting together is huge. They're like a couple of excited teenagers again.''
