Beyoncé Knowles will be one of the key headliners at next months BRIT Awards, it is believed, with an increasing amount of press building up behind the speculation.

The performance, which will be Mrs Jay Z's first performance in the United Kingdom since her 2011 headlining slot at Glastonbury, marking the beginning of what already looks like one hell of a hectic year for Knowles. Although no official statement has been issued commenting on whether or not Bey will in fact be performing, it is looking increasingly more likely that she will indeed be on the bill for the night.

The Destiny's Child beauty will be performing alongside Muse, One Direction, Robbie Williams and more, and will be her third high-profile performance in the space of a month - talk about a comeback! The singer is first scheduled to sing at President Barrack Obama's second inauguration on January 21, with her half-time show at the Super Bowl, an appearance that may see her being reunited with former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, in early February. She will also be releasing her fly-on-the-wall documentary, Life Is But a Dream, around this time too and then it's time to hit the studio again to press on with her upcoming fifth album. Phew! We're exhausted just thinking about it.

This year's BRITs will be held at the O2 Arena on 20 February.
