The 88-year-old Hollywood actress Betty White appears on the cover of the November/December edition of the US magazine 'AARP' alongside Jamie Lee Curtis and KRISTIN BELL, and she revealed all in the accompanying interview. When asked whether desire melts away with age, the star of 'The Golden Girls' responded by saying, "Sexual desire is like aging,", before pointing to her head and adding, "A lot of it is up here".
White recently starred in the movie 'You Again', with Lee Curtis and Bell, about a woman who realises her brother is about to marry the girl who bullied her in high school, and the actress spoke about her own relationships, saying, "I married my first husband because we wanted to sleep together. It lasted six months and we were in bed for six months."
After a second marriage that soon fell apart, White met game show host ALLEN LUDDEN, and the pair tied the knot in 1963, staying together until his death in 1981. When asked about the secret of a successful marriage, the actress said, "The secret to our marriage was enthusiasm. When I knew Allen was coming home, I would freshen my makeup and put on a new blouse".
